
The children from the weismain suburb of seubersdorf are already looking forward to the imminent completion of the public playground. It is being built on the eastern edge of the village, where after the completion of the tree removal work at the new fire station, a small triangular area was available in front of the new building, which is very suitable for a playground from the point of view of the villagers.
The citizens of seubersdorf took the planning into their own hands. They contacted several playground equipment manufacturers, looked at the offers, received advice on site and finally made a selection. After approval of the planning by the city council on 21. November 2017, the board of the teilnehmergemeinschaft seubersdorf had discussed the project in several meetings and approved the agreement on cost sharing on 12. April finally agreed.
Costs: 40000 euros
The total cost, including fencing and seating, was around 40,000 euros. The mabnahme is subsidized by 65 percent from the bavarian village renewal program.
